HMDA to hold Wellness workshop on Feb. 1

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) will organise a Wellness Workshop at LakeFront Park, Hussainsagar, on February 1.
The workshop will feature a yoga session led by expert Revathi Bandaru from 6:30 am to 7:30 am, followed by a zumba session with renowned instructor Nicy Joseph from 7.30 am to 8.30 am.The event aims to promote healthy living at LakeFront Park as a perfect spot for fitness and recreation. Participants must register in advance, as only 100 spots are available per session, with a fee of `100 per person. Registration can be completed using the QR code provided on the official poster.
The event will begin at 6.30 am and is open to all fitness enthusiasts aged 18 and above.
