In addition, the state government has accorded administrative sanction of ₹136.5 crore for related works.

Among the upcoming projects are a trumpet interchange at Budvel, an elevated corridor from the Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC) in Banjara Hills to Shilpa Layout Flyover, another elevated corridor from Paradise Junction to the Outer Ring Road (ORR) junction near Shamirpet on Rajiv Rahadari (State Highway – 01), and a further elevated corridor from Paradise Junction to Dairy Farm Road along NH – 44.

Planned in two phases, the project will cover 9 km and serve as a parallel route to the Mehdipatnam – Gachibowli radial road, reducing traffic conflicts and enhancing safety. It will feature a mix of four‑lane and six‑lane stretches with six entry and exit points at Film Nagar, Narne Road, Road No. 52, ITC Kohenur Road, T‑Hub Junction, and Auro Realty Junction.

The Budvel trumpet interchange, connecting Radial Road–2 with the ORR, is estimated at ₹488 crore and will facilitate smoother traffic flow between Gachibowli, Shamshabad, Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, and Budvel.

Separately, the government has sanctioned ₹110 crore for widening and strengthening Pipeline Road from Shankarpally Road at MGIT to Manikonda, including junction development at NPCI. Tenders will be floated shortly. Another ₹26.5 crore has been sanctioned for widening the left carriageway of the ORR from Nanakramguda to Gachibowli, with the Hyderabad Growth Corridor Limited (HGCL) planning to expand the stretch from three lanes to four.
