As the clock keeps ticking towards the end of office hours, a warning for heavy rainfall on Monday evening has been issued by independent weather analyst, popularly known as Telangana Weatherman.
In a post on X, he wrote, "Dear people of Hyderabad. It's going to be DANGEROUS THUNDERSTORM for entire Hyderabad City. I'm repeating it again."
"Massive CUMULONIMBUS is developing. 50mm expected in very short time. Please STAY ALERT," he added.
Reposting his tweet, the Hyderabad Traffic Police also cautioned public to stay indoors.
"Heavy thunderstorm warning for GHMC from 3:30-5:30 PM. Expect 50-60mm #Rainfall. Avoid travel unless it's emergency," they wrote in a separate warning post.
