The Hyderabad Meteorological Department has forecast heavy rains across parts of Telangana on Thursday and Friday. According to officials, districts including Nalgonda, Suryapet, Nagarkurnool, and Wanaparthy are expected to receive heavy rainfall today. On Friday, the downpour is likely to extend to Mahabubabad, Warangal, Hanumakonda, Jangaon, and Siddipet.
Yellow warnings have been issued for the affected areas. It also stated that light to moderate rains are expected in the remaining districts.
