HCA Plans Grounds Across State

Hyderabad:The Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) has announced plans to purchase or lease open land across all districts of Telangana for the development of cricket grounds and academies, as part of its effort to strengthen grassroots infrastructure in the state.
According to a notification released on Friday, HCA is looking for contiguous parcels of land measuring between 10 and 15 acres, exclusively for setting up cricket grounds with allied facilities. “The land must have a clear and marketable title, be free from any encumbrances & should have a proper approach road,” the notice read.
Landowners willing to offer their property have been asked to submit sealed offers along with copies of relevant documents, including the title deed, latest encumbrance certificate, pattadar passbook or link documents, land sketch with location details and identity proof of the owner.
Interested landowners can submit their offers within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice to “The Chief Executive Officer/ Apex Council, The Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA), RGICS, Uppal, Hyderabad.” The HCA stated that it reserved the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.
