In his message, he said, “It has been two years and three months since the people’s government assumed responsibility. Overcoming economic challenges and correcting the mistakes of previous rulers, our government is working without compromising on welfare and development.”
“We are not rulers. We are servants. With this belief, we are constantly striving with the aspirations and needs of the people as the central focus. In every decision, we are keeping the welfare of the people, social responsibility, and the future of the State in mind.”
“Through consecutive victories in by-elections, panchayat and and municipal elections, you have expressed your approval and support for people’s governance. These results you have given have further increased our responsibility.”
“The government schemes should not remain on paper. Our resolve is to bring visible change in people’s lives. With that intention, we have launched the program “Praja Palana – Pragati Pranalika.”
Starting from March 6, for 99 days, from the village level to the State-level, with coordination of all departments, this program should run like a movement. Every official must work with the ultimate goal of resolving local issues.
There should be faster file clearances, cleanliness in government offices, and transparency in decision-making. Under this program, schemes like Mahalakshmi, free bus travel, gas cylinder at Rs.500, free electricity up to 200 units, Aarogyasri, ration cards, fine rice, Indiramma houses, and women empowerment should reach all eligible beneficiaries.
“With the vision “Telangana Rising – 2047,” our resolve is to make Telangana number one in the world not only economically but in all sectors. Every citizen must be a partner in this mission.”
“We have categorized the state as CURE, PURE, and RARE. Within these domains, we must grow as a model for the world in the service, manufacturing, and agricultural sectors. This 99-day action plan is not just a regular program – it is a commitment. Four crore people of Telangana must unite and rise as an example to the nation and the world.”
“This is my dream. Every child of Telangana must be a partner in making that dream a reality,” he added.
