Hyderabad: As the sensational murder of 32-year-old private land surveyor G. Tejeswar rocked the state, his grieving parents broke down before the police, devastated over losing one of their twin sons just a month after his wedding.

Tejeswar, a resident of Gadwal, married Aishwarya, a native of Kurnool, on May 18. He was murdered on June 17, allegedly by a supari gang hired by Aishwarya and her paramour, V. Tirumala Rao.
When informed on Thursday about the arrest of Aishwarya, her mother Sujatha, Tirumala Rao, and other accused, Tejeswar’s parents — Jayaramudu and Shakunthala — wept inconsolably.
Police officials struggled to comfort them, eventually assuring strict action against all those involved. Gadwal SP T. Srinivasa Rao met the family and explained the circumstances that led to the arrests.
During the interaction, Srinivasa Rao questioned the family on how the GPS tracker, fixed to Tejeswar’s bike by the killers to monitor his movements, had gone unnoticed. “How did the tracker remain undetected? You could have spotted it while cleaning the bike,” he said. The family admitted they had failed to notice anything unusual.
Tejeswar’s twin brother, Tejavardhan, had reportedly left the house a few days after the marriage due to Aishwarya’s behaviour. “She would constantly talk on the phone and make video calls,” a family member said.
