The United States Department of State has released the visa bulletin for August 2025, with modest advancements for Indian applicants in family-sponsored and employment-based visa categories.

Hyderabad:The United States Department of State has released the visa bulletin for August 2025, with modest advancements for Indian applicants in family-sponsored and employment-based visa categories.

In the family-sponsored F4 category (siblings of US citizens), the final action date has progressed by nearly four months—from July 8, 2006, to November 1, 2006.

The F2A category (spouses and children of permanent residents) also saw slight movement, with the application date advancing from March 1, 2025, to April 1, 2025.

However, other categories such as F1, F2B and F3 remained unchanged from the previous month.

In the employment-based stream, the EB-5 Unreserved category witnessed significant improvement. The final action date advanced by over six months, from May 1, 2019, to November 15, 2019.

The EB-3 and Other Workers categories progressed by one month—from April 22, 2013, to May 22, 2013.
