Devotees Honour Iskcon’s Founder

Hyderabad: The Hare Krishna Movement - Hyderabad marked the auspicious Sri Nandotsavam and the 129th Vyasa Puja celebrations of Iskcon founder Acharya Vishwaguru Srila Prabhupada on Sunday. The event was held on the occasion of his divine appearance day.
A major highlight of the celebrations was the offering of more than 1,008 varieties of food prepared by disciples and followers of Srila Prabhupada. On this occasion, the Vyasa Puja — 2025 book, featuring tributes and homages to Srila Prabhupada, was released by Sri Satya Gaura Chandra Dasa Prabhuji, the president of the Hare Krishna Movement — Hyderabad.
In his address, Sri Satya Gaura Chandra Dasa stressed the continuing relevance of Srila Prabhupada's teachings and Krishna's pastimes in contemporary times, noting that his life and mission inspire millions worldwide. The celebrations concluded with mangala arathi and the distribution of prasadam to devotees.
