Cyberabad Police Intensify Crackdown on Narcotic Drugs

 Hyderabad: Cyberabad police anti-drug enforcement teams along with the law and order unit have intensified its crackdown on narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances under the NDPS Act during the period from April 1 to May 22, resulting in significant seizures and arrests, reflecting the department’s continued commitment to combating drug trafficking and abuse.

Cyberabad special operations team DCP Shoban Kumar said the police booked 61 NDPS cases, arrested 154 peddlers, suppliers and consumers and seized drugs worth Rs 3,69,21,200.
