And Kukatpally where 89 encroachments were removed over 3.5 km.
Hyderabad:The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) said on Friday that it had cleared 32.35 km of footpaths by removing 488 encroachments as part of its ‘walk free’ drive covering 15 road stretches. The drive was held in all three zones of the corporation at Serilingampally, Kukatpally and Quthbullapur. The drive was taken up as per High Court orders and focused on removing encroachments including food stalls, street vendors, temporary structures, and other obstructions occupying footpaths.
Serilingampally topped with 9.86 km of footpaths covered and 193 encroachments removed followed by Quthbullapur where 206 encroachments were removed covering 8.92 km
And Kukatpally where 89 encroachments were removed over 3.5 km.
