Cyberabad Cops Impose Restrictions for Inter Exams
Police officers, military personnel and Home Guards on duty, flying squads, officials from the education department, and funeral processions are exempted from this order. Those violating the above orders shall be liable for prosecution under Section 163 of the BNSS, stated the notification.
Hyderabad: In view of the Intermediate Public Advanced Supplementary examination, which is scheduled to take place from 6 am on May 22 to 6 pm on May 29, the Section 163 of the BNSS (Section 144 of the IPC earlier) has been clamped within the radius of 100 metres of the examination centres. The Cyberabad Police Commissioner’s office has made an announcement in this regard.
To maintain public order, peace, prevention of obstruction, someone causing disturbance to public tranquility or assembly of five or more persons around 200 metres radius of the examination centres, the aforementioned section has been imposed.
