CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2026 from Feb. 6–8

Hyderabad: Credai-Hyderabad announced on Tuesday that its property show would be held from February 6 to 8 at the Hitex. The theme will be Permanent Ho Jao,encouraging homebuyers to invest in housing in Hyderabad and consider long-term settlement in the city.
The announcement was made by N. Jaideep Reddy, president of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (Credai)-Hyderabad, president-elect B. Jagannath Rao, and general secretary K. Kranti Kiran Reddy, along with property show convener Susheel Kumar Jain and co-convener N. Venugopal.
Only RERA-approved projects from Credai-H member developers will be showcased, including residential and commercial projects such as apartments, villas, plotted developments, and office spaces across Hyderabad.
Jaideep Reddy said Hyderabad’s real estate market continues to be supported by infrastructure development and land auction activity conducted by GHMC and HMDA, indicating strong demand across growth corridors like Kokapet, Neopolis, Raidurg, and Bachupally.
President-elect Jagannath Rao said Hyderabad has been expanding across multiple sectors beyond technology, including tourism, lifestyle, and investments. General secretary Kranti Kiran Reddy added that the property show will also highlight planned urban development, with dedicated zones for families, senior citizens, and visitors.
