CMC, HMWS&SB Chiefs Inspect Kollur STP, Lake Pollution Site

Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) Commissioner G Srijana, along with the HMWS&SB K Ashok Reddy conducted a joint inspection of the Kollur 2BHK Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and the Kollur Lake pollution complaint site.
The inspection was attended by officials from CMC Engineering, HMWS&SB, Irrigation Department, Housing Department, and the Patancheru Circle Sanitation Team.
The team reviewed the functioning of the STP, assessed the reported pollution concerns at Kollur Lake, and examined the measures required to improve wastewater management and protect the surrounding environment.
The departments concerned were directed to coordinate closely and take necessary follow-up action for effective resolution of the issues identified during the inspection.
