CM Revanth Cautions Cong MLAs Over Adverse Intelligence Reports

Hyderabad:Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy convened a meeting on Tuesday with Congress MLAs from the Nagarkurnool district late on Tuesday as part of his ongoing review exercise with party legislators across the state. The meeting was held at the Police Integrated Command Control Centre.
Party sources revealed that the Chief Minister presented adverse intelligence reports about the performance of certain MLAs during the meeting and urged them to take corrective action. Among those present were Nagarkurnool MLA K. Rajesh Reddy, Kalwakurthy MLA Kasireddy Narayan Reddy, Achampet MLA Chikkudu Vamshi Krishna and Tourism Minister and Kollapur MLA Jupally Krishna Rao.
The Chief Minister’s review meetings are part of a broader initiative to directly engage with MLAs, understand issues in their respective constituencies, identify critical pending projects and push for timely redressal. Revanth Reddy has reportedly directed the MLAs to submit detailed reports on constituency-wise pending issues. He also assured them that funds would be released to expedite works deemed of immediate public importance.
The Chief Minister also met with Medak MLA Mynampally Rohith and Secunderabad Cantonment MLA Sriganesh. Both leaders were reportedly shown intelligence inputs indicating dissatisfaction with their performance. Revanth Reddy stressed the need for them to be more accessible to the public and to focus on resolving local issues swiftly.
The Chief Minister cautioned the MLAs against internal factionalism within the party ranks in their constituencies. He stressed the importance of working in coordination to strengthen the party base, particularly in light of the upcoming local bodies elections.
