Hyderabad: Industries and IT Minister, D Sridhar Babu on Saturday strongly criticized the BRS stating that a party which systematically violated the rights of the people over a decade-long rule has no moral standing to criticize others.

Speaking at “Bharat Summit 2025” an international political conference underway at HICC Novotel, the Minister, along with Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka, ceremoniously inaugurated a special photo exhibition titled “Path of Justice.”

He explained that the exhibition was curated with an aim of acquainting the younger generation with India’s historical milestones and fostering awareness of its positive international relations. He emphasized that the summit seeks to provide directional leadership to the global progressive movement.

Intellectuals from over 100 countries, working in areas such as progressive thought, democracy, and world peace, have been made stakeholders in this initiative, he added.

Sridhar Babu further remarked that under the leadership of Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge and MP Rahul Gandhi, the Congress has been steadfastly striving to uphold the spirit of the Constitution. He accused BRS leaders of maliciously attempting to tarnish the reputation of the Congress-led government under Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, using AI-generated content.

Questioning the motives behind the premature release of photographs from the exhibition on social media, he urged the BRS leaders to reform their ways.
