BRS 25th Anniversary Will Be Largest Public Gathering in India: KTR
The event, spread across 1,250 acres, will feature four designated parking zones with space for 40,000 vehicles. Around 2,000 volunteers will be deployed at key locations to ensure smooth crowd management.
Warangal: Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president and former minister K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) on Wednesday said that the party’s upcoming Silver Jubilee celebrations will be one of the largest public gatherings ever held in the country. He made the remarks after inspecting the meeting venue at Elkathurthy mandal in Hanamkonda district.
Highlighting the enthusiasm of the public, KTR noted that people from as far as Suryapet are arriving in bullock carts, underscoring the spirit and emotional connection with the party’s legacy. He praised BRS’s journey, stating that only two political parties in India have completed 25 years of public service and credited BRS for being the true voice of Telangana.
KTR described BRS chief K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) as an extraordinary leader who transformed a grassroots movement into a historic achievement. “Only BRS can protect Telangana’s interests without compromise,” he asserted.
The event, spread across 1,250 acres, will feature four designated parking zones with space for 40,000 vehicles. Around 2,000 volunteers will be deployed at key locations to ensure smooth crowd management.
Addressing concerns over summer conditions, KTR said ample drinking water, 100 medical teams, 20 ambulances, and 200 generators will be in place. He clarified that the event is not an anti-government protest but a party-organized gathering, with all logistics managed independently.
Flag-hoisting ceremonies will commence in the morning, with KCR expected to arrive by 4 PM. KTR expressed satisfaction over the support extended by the administration for the massive event.
