Bodies of Two Telugus Killed in Dubai to Arrive by Saturday

Hyderabad: The bodies of Astapu Premsagar and Sargam Srinivas, who were killed by a Pakistani man in Dubai, will be repatriated to their native places by Saturday.

Premsagar hailed from Nirmal, and Srinivas from Jagtial district. Also injured in the incident were Degam Sagar, a Nizamabad man, and another Telugu worker.

The accused and the victims worked in the Modern Bakery in Dubai. The Pakistani accused attacked the victims due to work pressure, communal hatred and arguments over the recent Wakf Amendment Act.

The external affairs ministry is in contact with the Dubai government and was coordinating with them to repatriate the bodies.
