Nalgonda: The BJP’s lone councillor may prove decisive in the election of the municipal chairman in Pochampally, Yadadri–Bhongir district.
Out of 12 wards in Pochampally municipality, Congress secured six, BRS won one, and BJP one, making the BJP’s vote crucial in the chairman’s election.
Across the district, Congress secured majority control in all six municipalities.
