Attempted Burglary at Jewellery Shop in Abdullapurmet, Thieves Flee After Alarm

Hyderabad: Unidentified miscreants attempted to burgle a jewellery shop in Abdullapurmet of Rangareddy district in the early hours. The accused reportedly tried to gain entry into the shop by drilling a hole through the wall.

However, their attempt was foiled after the shop’s alarm system was triggered, prompting them to flee the scene in panic. Before escaping, the burglars allegedly took away the CCTV hard disks from the premises.

Police have registered a case and launched an investigation. Officials are examining CCTV footage from nearby areas to identify and trace the suspects.
