Activities On Gopanpally Land Stayed By High Court

Hyderabad:The Telangana High Court has stayed the activities of 17.04 acres of land in Survey No. 36/E and others of Gopanpally village of Serilingampally Mandal, Rangareddy district which is listed in the prohibited list under Section 22A of the Registration Act.

The Bhagyanagar TNGO Mutually Aided Cooperative Housing Society approached the High Court complaining that despite the dispute over the said land, the state revenue department has issued proceedings on June 23 to alienate the said lands to third parties.

The court, while issuing notices to the government, stayed any activities on the said land.
