Hyderabad:A remarkable 525 students, the highest-ever, from the Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institution Society (TGSWREIS) have qualified for JEE Advanced, setting a new record for Gurukul institutions. Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka expressed their pride and congratulated the students on their exceptional success. They reaffirmed their commitment to supporting marginalised communities through quality education.

TGSWREIS secretary Dr V.S. Alagu Varshini attributed the success to key reforms and specialised coaching initiatives introduced under the leadership of the Chief Minister. "These initiatives provided students with training on par with private coaching institutes. For the first time, gurukul students have scored above the 80th and 90th percentiles in national-level entrance exams," she stated.

Dr Varshini highlighted that the success was the result of focused efforts at the centres of excellence, which included experienced faculty and regular mock tests. The society had also launched specialised coaching to help students excel in the JEE Advanced exam.

Several students from the Gowlidoddi Boys College, part of TGSWREIS, shared their success stories, expressing gratitude for the faculty support and study plans. The micro-schedules provided by the institution played a key role in their preparation.

K. Charan Tej, a student from Gowlidoddi, said, "I scored 98.29 percentile, and the micro schedule provided by Dr Varshini was immensely helpful. The faculty was always available to clear any doubts." P.A.V. Srinivas, another top performer, noted, "Regular interaction with the principal and faculty, along with their suggestions, was invaluable. Practising previous papers and focusing on accuracy helped me achieve success."

R. Manideep credited solving model papers and taking mock tests regularly as a key factor in his achievement. "The continuous guidance and micro-schedule were crucial to my success," he said. J. Ram Charan Teja, who also excelled in the exams, emphasised, "The faculty was always available round the clock to help clear doubts. I focused on mastering concepts and practising questions to score well."
