334 Road Infra Projects Reviewed at Cyberabad Convergence Meeting

The officials also reviewed pending works related to 25 Foot-over-Bridges, 65 signboard and illumination works and nine road encroachment locations

Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Convergence Meeting that convened here on Monday reviewed 334 road infrastructure projects and 245 damaged road stretches were identified for recarpeting and pothole filling.

Cyberabad Police Commissioner M Ramesh, Cyberabad Municipal Corporation Commissioner G Srijana along with Hyderabad traffic police, officials from HMWSSB and HYDRAA and heads of other line departments, reviewed critical traffic, road infrastructure and monsoon-related issues.

The officials also reviewed pending works related to 25 Foot-over-Bridges, 65 signboard and illumination works, nine road encroachment locations for immediate action, 53 footpath and junction works and 13 road-widening proposals in addition to 85 waterlogging vulnerable points were reviewed.

All the departments concerned were directed to initiate field-level action immediately, adhere to defined timelines and ensure visible improvements in pedestrian safety, traffic management, road infrastructure and monsoon preparedness across Cyberabad.
