2 youths held for stunts on ORR

Hyderabad: Shamshabad police on Monday arrested two youths for allegedly performing dangerous stunts on the ORR in Shamshabad.

Police said the two youths have been identified as Obaidullah Ansari, 25, a resident of Rajendranagar, and Zohair Siddiqui, 25, from Malakpet.

The two were found drifting their cars against each other on the ORR late on February 9. A patrolling duty officer noticed this and lodged a complaint with the Shamshabad police. CCTV cameras installed on the stretch captured this act and a video of it had gone viral on social media platforms.

The number plates were identified by the police and the two youths were apprehended.
