The 1Guest houses, a 100‑room choultry, tented houses, public address systems and uninterrupted power have been arranged. Transport officials will run temporary bus terminals and shuttle services.
The rural water supply department will provide drinking water, sanitation, temporary toilets and solid‑waste removal. Health teams will run medical camps, ambulances and emergency units. Police will manage parking, prepare route maps, deploy watchtowers, CCTV surveillance, walkie‑talkies and guide boards.
