Tamil Nadu Transfers Several Senior IAS Officers, District Collectors

E Sundaravalli, Commissioner of Collegiate Education, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Public and Rehabilitation Department, vice K Balasubramaniam.

P Ponniah, Commissioner of Rural Development, will succeed Sundaravalli as Commissioner of Collegiate Education.

R Lalitha, Managing Director of New Tiruppur Area Development Corporation Limited, has been posted as Secretary (Expenditure), Finance Department, in place of Prashant M Wadnere, who has already been transferred, the state government said in a release.

T G Vinay, Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Green Energy Corporation, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, vice P N Sridhar.

Collectors of Tenkasi, Kallakurichi, Kanniyakumari, Thanjavur, Nagapattinam, Madurai, Theni, Tiruchirappalli, Tiruvallur, Ranipet, Namakkal, Tirunelveli, Vellore, Chengalpattu, Tiruvannamalai and Ramanathapuram districts have also been transferred, the order stated.
