Nithyananda Claims Kailasa Delegates Met TVK Ministers
In a post on X, Nithyananda said the representatives had formally discussed diplomatic ties with the Tamil Nadu government and presented ministers with a historical book on Kailasa, written by him
Rape-accused fugitive god-man Nithyananda has claimed that representatives of his self-proclaimed nation, Kailasa, met ministers of the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) government at the Secretariat to discuss diplomatic relations.
In a post on X, Nithyananda said the representatives had formally discussed diplomatic ties with the Tamil Nadu government and presented ministers with a historical book on Kailasa, written by him.
He claimed the book focused on the revival of Sanatana Dharma and the need to protect it. According to his post, copies were presented to Registration Minister Lokesh, Fisheries Minister Srinath and Social Justice Minister Vanni Arasu.
"KAILASA's spiritual ambassadors undertook a series of formal diplomatic engagements with distinguished leaders and representatives of the Government of Tamil Nadu, reflecting KAILASA's continued commitment to constructive institutional engagement and civilizational dialogue.
During these engagements, the ambassadors respectfully presented the United States of KAILASA (USK) Coffee Table Book and the History of KAILASA book, authored by THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM, BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM," he wrote on X.
The post has named Minister for Commercial Taxes and Registration Lokesh Tamilselvan, Minister for Social Justice Vanni Arasu and Minister for Fisheries and Fishermen Welfare A. Srinath. The two other people mentioned are AIADMK MLA Leema Rose Martin and actor T.S.R. Srinivasan.
However, local media reported that Secretariat officials said no official government-level meeting had taken place as claimed.
Any visitor can meet ministers at the Secretariat after submitting petitions. The sources said photographs taken during any such interaction might have been portrayed as evidence of a "diplomatic meeting."
They also alleged that this was a regular practice by representatives of Kailasa, who attend meetings involving leaders from different political parties carrying Nithyananda's book. Whenever they manage to meet a prominent political figure, they allegedly take photographs and later use them to present the interaction in a misleading manner.
In May, Nithyananda has stirred fresh controversy after publicly congratulating actor-turned-politician Vijay following the strong electoral performance of the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam in the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections.
