HC Judges Offer Prayers At Kuravi Temple

KURAVI: Telangana High Court judges E.V. Venu Gopal and B.R. Madhusudan Rao offered special prayers at the Sri Bhadrakali Sametha Veerabhadra Swamy Temple at Kuravi in Mahabubabad district on Saturday.

Temple chairman K. Ravinder Reddy, sarpanch Badavath Lakshmiraju Naik and executive officer Satyanarayana welcomed the judges. Vedic scholars accorded them a traditional purna kumbha welcome and escorted them into the temple.

The judges performed special pujas to Sri Bhadrakali Sametha Veerabhadra Swamy. Vedic scholars later blessed them, while Ravinder Reddy and Satyanarayana presented them with mementoes.

Temple priest Redyala Srinivas explained the history and significance of the temple to the judges.
