YSRC Lashes Out at TD-Alliance Govt
YSRC state youth wing president Jakkampudi Raja criticizes the government for alleged illegal arrests and intimidation of party activists.
Kakinada: YSRC state youth wing president and former Rajanagaram MLA Jakkampudi Raja Indravadhit criticised the ruling alliance government, led by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, for disrupting law and order in the state and making illegal arrests of YSRC leaders.
Speaking to the media in Rajamahendravaram on Tuesday, he alleged that the police were visiting the houses of YSRC leaders and activists at night, threatening women and arresting leaders illegally. He condemned the arrest of cine actor and former Film Development Corporation chairman Posani Krishna Murali.
He accused the alliance government of failing to fulfil its election promises and using diversionary tactics by arresting YSRC leaders who speak up for the people. He asserted that YSRC would fight against the alliance government’s misrule with public support.
