Hyderabad: The CBI Special Court in Nampally has allowed former Andhra Pradesh chief minister and YSRCP president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy to travel to Europe for 15 days, subject to several conditions.

The court said YS Jagan must submit a detailed travel itinerary before he leaves. He must also give CBI officials his residential address, emergency contact numbers, and email details for the period he is abroad.
Under the order, Jagan and his wife, Bharathi Reddy, can pick any 15 days between October 1 and November 30. The trip is a family visit and they are expected to spend time with their two daughters there.
YS Jagan's lawyers told the court he would return to India as soon as the trip ends and would comply with all court directions.
