Woman AE Found Dead Under Suspicious Circumstances in Srikakulam

Srikakulam: A woman was found dead under suspicious circumstances near a graveyard in Kondampeta village of Rajam mandal in Srikakulam district on Sunday morning.
The deceased was identified as Lalitha Kumari, who was working as an assistant engineer (AE) in the electricity department at Cheepurupalli.
According to reports, her body was found near a graveyard along the road from Kondampeta towards the national highway. A scooter bearing registration number AP39GH7007 and a bag were found beside the body.
Police reached the spot after receiving information and began an investigation. Preliminary inquiries revealed that Lalitha Kumari was residing in Kondampeta with her husband and two children.
During questioning, her husband told the police that she had left home to attend a yoga class in the morning.
Police are investigating the case from various angles to ascertain the circumstances surrounding her death.
