Vijayawada Woman Dies After Falling Into Boiling Sambar
According to reports, Sujatha accidentally fell into the vessel of boiling sambar while trying to remove it from the flame. She suffered severe burn injuries to her face and other parts of her body.

VIJAYAWADA: A 46-year-old woman died after accidentally falling into a vessel of boiling sambar while preparing a community meal for devotees during Vinayaka Chaturthi festivities at Chittinagar in Vijayawada.
According to Two Town police, Sujatha had volunteered to help prepare food along with others on Sunday. As a vessel of sambar was being lowered from a stove, she reportedly felt dizzy after working late into the previous night and lost her balance, falling into the vessel.
She suffered 60 per cent burns on her upper body and was rushed to a government hospital. She succumbed to her injuries while undergoing treatment on Monday.
Police registered a case of accidental death and began investigating into the incident.
The incident came to light on Tuesday after a video clip showing Sujatha screaming in pain after the accident went viral.
