Vemireddy Promises Time-Bound Resolution of Udayagiri Issues

MP directs officials to expedite development works and clear pending revenue-related issues

Nellore: Nellore MP Vemireddy Prabhakar Reddy on Monday said the government would hold regular review meetings to ensure the time-bound resolution of public grievances and expedite development works in the Udayagiri Assembly constituency.

Chairing a review meeting with officials, the MP said issues raised by the public and elected representatives would be closely monitored and resolved within a fixed timeframe. He said the implementation of decisions taken at each review meeting would be reviewed in subsequent meetings to ensure accountability.

Prabhakar Reddy said the state government was committed to the development of the Udayagiri constituency and assured that pending issues would be resolved in coordination with district collector Himanshu Shukla. Stating that most pending issues in the constituency were related to the revenue department, he directed officials to accord top priority to resolving them at the earliest.

The review meeting was attended by Minister Ponguru Narayana, district collector Himanshu Shukla, MLC and TD district president Beeda Ravichandra, Udayagiri MLA Kakarla Suresh, joint collector Mogili Venkateswarlu, Atmakur RDO B. Pavani, former MLAs Kambham Vijayarami Reddy and Mekapati Chandrasekhar Reddy, former ZPTC chairman Chanchal Babu Yadav and officials from various departments.
