Union Minister Lays Foundation Stone for Two Subways

Visakhapatnam:Union minister for civil aviation K. Ram Mohan Naidu on Friday laid the foundation stone for two Limited Height Subways (LHS) between Ichchapuram–Jhadupudi and Ichchapuram–Surla Road railway stations.
The two LHS are intended to provide safer alternatives for road users to cross the railway line and facilitate smoother movement and connectivity in the region.
Ichchapuram MLA Bendalam Ashok and Srikakulam Collector Swapnil Dinkar Pundkar were present.
The construction of the two LHS was sanctioned in 2024 at a cost of `6.46 crore.
