TTD Vigilance Staff Returns Bag with Gold Ornaments to Devotee
After verifying the contents and examining CCTV footage, the staff identified the owner as Mahesh from Hyderabad

Tirupati: The TTD vigilance staff returned a bag containing about 100 grams of gold ornaments that was accidentally left behind by a devotee at the Alipiri checkpoint on Monday. The unattended bag was found during security screening at around 11.35 am and taken into safe custody by the Vigilance and Security staff.
"TTD Vigilance and Security personnel safely returned a bag containing about 100 grams of gold ornaments that had been inadvertently left behind by a devotee at the Alipiri Checkpoint," said an official press release from the temple body late on Tuesday.
After verifying the contents and examining CCTV footage, the staff identified the owner as Mahesh from Hyderabad. The devotee, who was not yet aware that he had forgotten the bag, was immediately contacted, said the release.
Following verification of his identity, the bag was handed over to him safely. Mahesh thanked the TTD management and appreciated the Vigilance and Security personnel for their honesty, alertness and dedicated service.
