Thank You, Pulivendula: Lokesh
Nara Lokesh emphasised the state government’s commitment to developing Rayalaseema across all sectors.
Vijayawada: Education minister Nara Lokesh has encouraged those in the party aspiring for nominated posts, assuring the leaders that justice would be done to all in the coming days.
Lokesh highlighted the significance of the electoral win in Pulivendula after 45 years, and said that it has left the YSRC stunned.
He said, “The citizens of Pulivendula have come out in full force to exercise their right to vote after a gap of 30 years. This remarkable participation showcases the resilience and courage of the people. They engaged in the electoral process without fear. A heartfelt ‘thank you’ goes out to the residents of Pulivendula for their active involvement.”
The YSRC, he said, has not learned from its past mistakes. “True democracy is defined by free and fair elections, not by instilling fear and manipulating results for the sake of an unanimous outcome. The recent electoral engagement serves as a powerful reminder of the people's will and the strength of democratic principles.“
The minister emphasised the state government’s commitment to developing Rayalaseema across all sectors.
Addressing concerns about the heavy rainfall, Lokesh reassured citizens that the government would remain fully alert and taking necessary measures to mitigate any issues arising from this adverse weather.”
