Speed Up Laddu Distribution, Improve Amenities: TTD EO

Nellore: TTD executive officer J. Syamala Rao directed officials to expedite laddu prasadam distribution at counters and ensure smooth services for devotees visiting Tirumala.

In a review meeting held on Friday evening at the TTD administration building, he addressed feedback from devotees and discussed improvements with additional EO Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary, JEO Veerabrahmam and in-charge CVSO Harshavardhan Raju.

He emphasised the need for real-time feedback on Annaprasadam, milk, water, and transport services, especially in queue lines. He also suggested increasing the number of free buses at night and gathering inputs on transport issues to improve connectivity.

The EO instructed officials to launch an internal app for staff to address cleanliness and resolve complaints in cottages and public spaces. Awareness must also be created around this app for timely room allotments and check-outs.

He stressed prompt luggage handling and reviewed departments including Srivari Darshan, accommodation, transport, sanitation, and vigilance.
