Rs 11.68 Cr Sanctioned for Pushkar Ghat Development

He said the sanction reflected the priority accorded by the alliance government to the development of Mummidivaram constituency and added that he would continue to work for infrastructure development in line with the needs of the people.

Kakinada:The state government has sanctioned Rs 11.68 crore for the development of 23 Pushkar ghats and creation of infrastructure facilities for pilgrims in Mummidivaram Assembly constituency in Dr B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema district.

Mummidivaram MLA Datla Subba Raju said Rs 395.93 lakh had been sanctioned for three Pushkar ghats in Katrenikona mandal, Rs 172.11 lakh for five ghats in Mummidivaram mandal, Rs 464.11 lakh for five ghats in I. Polavaram mandal and Rs 135 lakh for three ghats in Tallarevu mandal.

He said the sanction reflected the priority accorded by the alliance government to the development of Mummidivaram constituency and added that he would continue to work for infrastructure development in line with the needs of the people.
