Pawan Kalyan Warns of Action Over Mining Obstruction
Deputy CM assured that the coalition government would act firmly against such intimidation and ensure that permit holders are allowed to operate strictly in accordance with rules

Vijayawada: Deputy Chief Minister K Pawan Kalyan on Wednesday asserted that the Constitution guarantees every Indian the right to live and work anywhere in the country, and warned of strict legal action against those obstructing lawful activities.
He was responding to a complaint by Faggan Singh Kulaste, MP from Mandla in Madhya Pradesh and chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on SC/ST Welfare, who met him at the state Secretariat in Velagapudi of Amaravati. Issues relating to SC/ST welfare were discussed during the meeting.
Dr Kulaste informed Pawan that entrepreneurs from Madhya Pradesh had secured all the required permissions for granite mining in Sadum village of the Punganur constituency in Annamayya district, but were facing obstruction and threats from certain local leaders.
