Four women secure full-time AI sector jobs in Hyderabad after 45-day training
Vijayawada: The first batch of rural women has successfully completed its AI 4 Sure training programme at the RISE Centre in Guntupalli of NTR district.
District Collector Dr. G. Lakshmisha distributed certificates and offer letters to 31 women of self-help groups (SHGs) who have undergone training. Of the trained participants, four have secured full-time positions in Hyderabad’s cinematic AI sector. Remaining women will freelance.
The collector emphasised that the programme aligns with the vision of “One Family – One Entrepreneur” of the state government, enhancing skills and livelihood prospects for rural women.
The 45-day training, conducted in collaboration with Scintilla Digital Academy, imparted advanced skills, such as AI content creation, image generation, video production, voice and audio editing, social media marketing, and prompt engineering.
Dr. Lakshmisha underlined that the initiative is part of the administration’s efforts to position NTR district at the forefront of the Orange Economy—a sector driven by creativity, digital content, and innovation. He announced establishment of a dedicated Content Creation Lab at the Collectorate to support aspiring entrepreneurs. The programme, he said, is in line with the goals of Viksit Bharat and Swarnandhra vision of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy CM K. Pawan Kalyan, and IT minister Nara Lokesh.
Scintilla CEO Kemburu Satish Kumar described the RISE Centre as the perfect platform fulfilling aspirations of rural women to acquire modern digital skills and transform their ideas into products and unlock new opportunities.
Those who attended the programme included DRDA project director A.N.V. Namcharr Rao and RISE manager B. Tejaswini.
