Naidu says he aspires to re-establish Rama Rajya
Naidu said Lord Rama has shown everyone how to keep up a promise, how to follow the instructions of a father sincerely and how to love his better half
Anantapur: Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu has said he aspires to re-establish Rama Rajya and called on the people to “follow the righteous and pious path and lead an ethical life as was shown by Lord Rama.”
After the celestial Sita Rama Kalyanam at Kalyana Vedika in Vontimitta of Kadapa district on Friday evening, Naidu addressed the huge gathering of devotees present at the Kalyana Vedika to witness the divine wedding ceremony. He said, “Everyone is blessed to see the celestial marriage and they are all fortunate.”
Naidu said Lord Rama has shown everyone how to keep up a promise, how to follow the instructions of a father sincerely and how to love his better half.
“As Tirumala echoes with Govinda Nama, I wish Vontimitta to reverberate with Jai Sriram Nama only. It's almost a decade since Vontimitta was developed as a prime pilgrim centre. I wish that TTD chairman BR Naidu commenced the Annaprasadam centre at Vontimitta on the lines of Tirumala,'' he said.
Naidu said, “An Ayurvedic plantation will be developed in this pious place and Vontimitta will soon be developed into a pilgrimage tourism hub.
Responding to the CM’s call, BR Naidu announced that annaprasadam distribution would soon be commenced in Vontimitta.
