Vijayawada: Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has disclosed the levels of performance of state ministers in file clearance up to December and said he ranked sixth among them.
Naidu gave the details of the ranking at the state cabinet meeting in the Secretariat on Thursday. He urged his colleagues to expedite the file-clearance and decision-making processes.
Leading the performance chart was NMD Farook, followed by Kandukuri Durgesh and Kondapalli Srinivas in the second and third places. Nadendla Manohar was at the fourth spot and Dola Balaveeranjaneya Swamy in the fifth.
While the chief minister stood in sixth place, Satyakumar Yadav was in seventh and Nara Lokesh in eighth. BC Janardhan Reddy was at the ninth and deputy chief minister Pawan Kalyan in the tenth place.
S Savita was in the 11th, Kollu Ravindra in the 12th, Gottipati Ravi Kumar in the 13th, P Narayana 14th, TG Bharat in the 15th, Anam Ramnarayan Reddy 16th, K Atchannaidu in the 17th, M Ramprasad Reddy 18th, and Gummidi Sandhya Rani in the 19th position.
Home minister Vangalapudi Anitha was in the 20th position, Anagani Satya Prasad in the 21st, Nimmala Ramanaidu in the 22nd, Kolusu Parthasarathy in the 23rd, and Payyavula Keshav in 24th position. At the bottom of the list was Vasamsetti Subhash.
CM Naidu said this assessment of ministerial efficiency underscored the importance of streamlined administration in the state's governance. He asked all the ministers to improve their performance in the coming months.
