Naidu Meets Nirmala Sitharaman at Vijayawada Airport

Vijayawada: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu called on Union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman at the Vijayawada airport on Sunday.

As the Union finance minister concluded her visit to West Godavari district and arrived at the airport for her onward journey, Naidu paid a courtesy call on her. They reportedly discussed issues related to Andhra Pradesh’s development and the need for financial support for various developmental works and projects.

In a separate development, Naidu visited the residence of former MP Kambhampati Ramamohan Rao at Pedda Avutapalli and condoled the death of his mother Venkata Narasamma. He paid tributes to her portrait and expressed his sympathies to the bereaved family.
