Naidu Lines Up Project Launches, Review Meetings

VIJAYAWADA: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will chair a high-level meeting with ministers and secretaries on Monday at the Secretariat as the State sharpens its focus on economic growth and governance reforms. The meeting will be held from 10.30 am to 2 pm, with district collectors joining virtually.
Senior officials will make presentations on the State’s Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP) and the 10 guiding principles outlined in the Vision 2047 roadmap. The Chief Minister will review key priority areas, including revenue mobilisation, implementation of Centrally Sponsored Schemes, projects under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mode, investments, disposal of pending files, expansion of online services and the roll-out of WhatsApp Governance to improve citizen interface.
Special emphasis will be laid on the revenue department, with directions expected on the distribution of pattadar passbooks, land surveys, grievance redressal, registration services and securing citizens’ property through blockchain-based systems.
The meeting will also discuss the Centre’s newly introduced VB-GRAM-G initiative and its effective adoption.
After the meeting, Naidu will travel to his native village of Naravaripalle in Chandragiri mandal, where he will stay for four days from Monday night to celebrate Sankranthi. Minister Nara Lokesh will arrive at Renigunta airport from Shirdi at 8.45 pm on Monday and proceed to Naravaripalle by road.
Naidu will remain in the village on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. During the visit, he will lay foundation stones for projects worth `140 crore and inaugurate works valued at `20 crore.
On Tuesday, he will lay the foundation stone at Mulapalli pond for a `126-crore project to bring Krishna river water from the Neeva branch canal to the Kalyani dam, ensuring irrigation to Chandragiri mandal and drinking water to Tirumala and Tirupati. He will also spend time with family members and villagers.
On January 14, under the Swarna Naravaripalle project, the Chief Minister will inaugurate a Skill Development Centre, Community Health Centre, Tata DIMC, Indore substation and CC roads. He will also open the Rangampeta–Bhimavaram–Lingeswaralaya tar road, an animal hostel, and distribute e-autos to women under the DRDA scheme.
On January 15, Naidu will distribute land titles to 2,200 beneficiaries of the Settipalli layout through a lucky draw before returning later in the day.
