Mithun Reddy Entered Nomination Centre With 100 Supporters: Annamaiah SP
Speaking to mediapersons on the tension that occurred at Punganur this morning, the SP said that according to the rules, only two people are allowed to enter the centre along with the candidate. Mithun Reddy also violated the 100 mt rule and crashed into the gates with his vehicle
Annamaiah SP Dheeraj said that MP Mithun Reddy reached the nomination centre with around 100 supporters on Friday.
Speaking to mediapersons on the tension that occurred at Punganur this morning, the SP said that according to the rules, only two people are allowed to enter the centre along with the candidate. Mithun Reddy also violated the 100 mt rule and crashed into the gates with his vehicle.
When the TD activists and locals expressed their objection to the violation of rules, it led to a clash between both the groups. "A vehicle came into the premises of the nomination centre at high speed. The vehicle rammed into the candidates and even public in the centre. A few have been shifted to hospital after getting injured.
The SP warned of strict action against all those taking the law into their hands. Minister DSBV Swamy also warned of serious action against all those who try to frighten public and create ruckus.
