Lokesh Birthday Celebrated Across Districts On Friday

TIRUPATI: Telugu Desam (TD) leaders and supporters organised religious rituals and service activities across Tirupati, Nellore and Prakasam districts on Friday as part of the birthday celebrations of IT minister Nara Lokesh,
At Tirumala, Bhashyam Educational Institutions chairman Bhashyam Ramakrishna donated ₹44 lakh to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Nitya Annadanam Trust. The amount is equivalent to the cost of providing annaprasadam for one day to devotees.

TD Tirupati parliament constituency president Panabaka Lakshmi said prayers, annadanam and blood donation programmes reflect the public support Lokesh has.
In Nellore, a photo exhibition had been inaugurated at the TD district office highlighting the key moments of Lokesh’s Yuvagalam Padayatra. MLC and TD district president Beeda Ravichandra said similar programmes have been organised by party members and supporters at several places.
The IT minister’s birthday celebrations have also been held at Kondapi in Prakasam district. Minister Dola Sri Bala Veeranjaneya Swamy, who participated in the event, expressed confidence that Lokesh will continue to serve the state and its people in the years to come.
