Nellore: The ‘In-Circle’ digital monitoring platform is playing a key role in enabling real-time supervision of development works in the Nellore Municipal Corporation (NMC), helping prevent delays, improve construction quality and strengthen accountability in urban infrastructure projects.

A review meeting of the engineering department was held on Saturday at the Command Control Centre in the NMC office to assess the progress of ongoing works through the In-Circle system.
