Home Guard Dies After Being Hit by Train Near Nidadavole

East Godavari: A home guard allegedly died by suicide after coming under a train near the Nidadavole police station on Saturday.

The deceased was identified as Nagajuna, a native of Dharmavaram village in Kovvur mandal. He was working as a home guard and was posted to the Two Town police station limits in Rajamahendravaram.

Railway police reached the spot and are investigating the exact circumstances behind the incident.
