Vijayawada:A batch of petitions were filed in the High Court by Bachu Murali Krishan and others on Tuesday, challenging the proceedings issued by the Vijayawada Police Commissioner on September 22 to open rowdy sheets against those allegedly involved in the attack on the Telugu Desam (TD) headquarters.
The petitioners sought revocation of the proceedings, stating that they were not involved in the attack on the TDP headquarters and had been implicated in false cases.
