Vijayawada:The Andhra Pradesh High Court has directed the state government and the petitioner to present the Supreme Court order enabling it to examine this in the case of custodial death of Gade Sai Krishna.
This order was based on a plea filed by the YSRC MP, Maddila Gurumoorthy.
A division bench headed by Chief Justice Lisa Gill and Justice Challa Gunaranjan heard the PIL filed by G. Srinivasa Rao here on Wednesday with a plea to hand over the case of custodial death of Gade Sai Krishna to the CBI to take up the inquiry.
Petitioner’s senior counsel Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy argued that there was no link to the PIL and the SLP filed in the Supreme Court and explained about the circumstances for filing the PIL in the court.
Special government pleader S.
